Iconic former Manchester United boss, Sir Alex Ferguson, has expressed admiration towards Arsenal and Super Eagles wonderkid, Alex Iwobi.
Iwobi, 20, broke into the Gunners’ first team last season and has not looked back since, starting this season in inspiring form.
Ferguson told German magazine, Kicker, that he expects a lot of drama in the Premier League this season with the rivalry between the Manchester clubs and their respective managers as well as Arsenal’s good start.
He singled out Iwobi as the start attraction in an Arsenal team that is showing more hunger and aggression this season.
“The rivalry and the experience of (Pep) Guardiola and (Jose) Mourinho makes for an exciting competition.
“And you shouldn’t forget Arsenal. The team is more sturdy.
“They’ve got better and more aggressive. I’m impressed with the young boy Alex Iwobi,” Ferguson said.
