His application was dismissed at the Supreme at the by the Lagos State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr Adeniji Kazeem and the state Director of Public Prosecution, Mrs Idowu Alakija, among others.
It would be recalled that Prompt News recalls that a Lagos High Court in a judgement delivered by Justice Joseph Oyewole, had found King guilty of murder and attempted murder.
His appeal was later dismissed by the Court of Appeal which affirmed the ruling of the High Court.
Ezeugo was arraigned on September 26, 2006 on a six-count charge of attempted murder and murder.
