The Senate has adjourned plenary to Wednesday in honour of the late Senator Isiaka Adeleke.
The lawmakers resumed on Tuesday after a two-week easter break.
Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, who presided over a short session, urged the lawmakers to dress appropriately for a valedictory session in honour of the former governor of Osun state on Wednesday.
After plenary was adjourned, the lawmakers proceeded to the condolence register placed at the entrance of the Senate chamber to register their feelings and last moments with their departed colleague.
