National Secretary of Accord Party, Dr. Samson Isibor, has asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to arrest and prosecute the National Chairman of the party, Rashidi Ladoja if he doesn’t return the N100m he collected from People’s Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, Tony Anenih.
Out of the N260 million he collected from former National Security Adviser, Col Sambo Dasuki (rtd), Anenih had said he gave N100 million to Ladoja to get the support of his party for former President Goodluck Jonathan’s re-election.
Dr. Isibor said Chief Ladoja did not disclose receipt of the money to national officers and state chapters of the party.
Isibor who spoke to reporters in Benin City said the party was embarrassed about the revelation from the arms deal scandal
“Ladoja should be made to return the money. No money was disbursed to state chapters of the Accord Party. “What he did with the PDP without our consent was fraudulent,” Isibor said.
