Nigerian Super Falcons on Saturday defeated their Kenyan counterparts 4-0 in the group stage of the ongoing African Women Cup of Nations in Cameroun.
The Falcons who had defeated Mali 6-0 and drawn 1-1 with Ghana in their first two games, will now play the Bayana Bayana of South Africa in the semi finals.
Ngozi Okobi got the first goal in Saturday’s final Group B clash, scoring with a thunderous strike from over 25 yards.
Faith Ikidi doubled the lead for Nigeria as she headed in the second goal from a free kick.
Arsenal Ladies forward, Asisat Oshoala, who has scored in all of the Falcons games so far; scored her sixth goal of the competition on Saturday as the Falcons went three goals up.
Desire Oparanozie netted the fourth goal of the night.
