Wife of the President, Mrs Aisha Muhammadu Buhari has promised to support members of Medical Women Association of Nigeria as they strive to enhance the health and well being of Nigerians.

Mrs Buhari made the promise when she received leaders of the association at the State House in Abuja.
She said the association was critical in the efforts to ensure good health and well being of Nigerians.
Mrs Buhari also stressed the need for collaboration between the association and her pet project, Future Assured, in order to effectively address challenges confronting women and children in the country.
In her remarks, resident of the association, Dr Echendu Adinma solicited for partnership with the Future Assured in addressing various health challenges of Nigerians in difficult and crisis areas.
Dr Adinma also conferred on Mrs Buhari the title of ‘Grand Matron’ of the association.
